Depending on the relationship you have with us, we may process the following categories of personal data:

- Contact: phone number, email address, business address
- Customer transaction: contract, quote and invoice details
- Communication: contents of messages submitted through forms or by email

- Sensitive data (only when strictly necessary): dietary or medical-diet information shared by institutional clients to allow safe meal planning

Personal data may be shared with: public authorities and courts where legally required; our auditors, accountants and lawyers under confidentiality obligations; logistics, payment and IT-service providers acting as data processors; and customers/contracting institutions to the extent required for service delivery. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer them abroad without your explicit consent.

Data are collected through our website forms, email, phone, signed contracts, supplier portals and on-site visits, both in physical and electronic form.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to: learn whether your personal data are processed; request information about processing activities; learn the purpose and whether data are used for that purpose; learn the recipients; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; object to outcomes resulting solely from automated processing; and claim compensation for damage resulting from unlawful processing.
8. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit your requests in writing to our registered address or by sending an email signed with your registered electronic mail address to info@magnumcatering.com. We will respond within 30 days and free of charge unless the request requires additional cost as set out in the relevant Communiqué.
